A Church Committed to Diversity

Series Title: Together in Faith: Cultivating a Healthy Church Series Summary: In this series, we are exploring six essential commitments that we must make together to cultivate a healthy church community.  These commitments are essential aspects of what it means to be the church. Together we will consider what it means for Habor City to be a church committed to worship, community, discipleship, serving the city, generosity, and diversity. Passages: Ephesians 2:11-22 In the final sermon of this series, we consider what it means to be a church that is committed to diversity. We see how diversity is the outflow of our being united to God in Christ and that we need not only to recognize and enjoy it but also cultivate and protect it. Omar offers three mindsets that can help us deepen our commitment to being a diverse church.
