A Claims Assessor Calls - Episode 11/31 of #DecPodPoMo

On the Tuesday after the crash on Thursday, the Claims Assessor from AVIVA car insurance called to the house - to take a statement - by appointment at 10am.   It was to take no more than 40 minutes.He left at 11.20am.  You hear the signed statement read by Paul.  What you don't hear is all the chat which had nothing to do with the accident.  Chat about coffee, morning rituals, dogs and the total number of claims so far this year.  I was almost sorry to see him go.  #recommending_aviva.(If you have to have a crash, be insured by AVIVA.) #DecPodPoMo
