A Clockwork Metaverse - (Hour 1)
from Boiler Room Hosted by Alternate Current Radio
Alternate Current Radio Presents: BOILER ROOM - Learn to protect yourself from predatory mass media cartels and social media feedback loops. Hour 1 This episode finds the Social Rejects Club in the BOILER ROOM opening the show looking at stories about farmers putting virtual reality goggles on farm animals to give them the "feeling" of being in an open field when they are in factory farm tight quarters. Is this ethical, is it necessary, why would it be better than actually grazing ones cows? Is 'Cornpop' coming to 'sack' Ukraine, or has Joe been reading too much warhawk fan fiction from the intel agencies? The weapons of mass migration topic rages on at the United States southern border as record breaking amounts of undocumented illegal aliens are granted expedited delivery service into the country by the Biden administration and a new Supreme Court Justice is being advertised as yet another 'diversity appointment' rather than a merit based appointment. Featured guests: Ruckus (The Daily Ruckus), Oddman Out The Oddcast), Infidel Pharaoh (Magic Carpet Ride), Mindspace Art (Soul Purpose) Hour 1 Reference Links: Ice Breaker: Why These Cows Are Wearing VR Glasses https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_e3Vvvk-rjY My girlfriend was in a VR bar fight and got wrecked https://youtu.be/aa5bXBDXmB0 Miranda Devine discusses DHS flying illegal migrants to different parts of the U.S. https://youtu.be/Q8Aj3XhjV3s
