Culture today wants to control what you believe. There is continual pressure to stop walking with Jesus and to start following the world. We’re asked to believe the narrative society is writing, or be labeled as hateful. But the Word of God is sufficient and authoritative. Scripture gives a clear definition of sexuality and marriage. We’re to love people well by speaking the Truth unapologetically.Brody and Jon Rouleau wrapped up their conversation on progressive Christianity by discussing the current narrative of culture—and how the Gospel transcends it. We cannot ignore the reality that culture is trying to shape what we believe. So, how are we to live as Christians? Just walk with Christ. The message is about Him. Turn to Christ, and walk with Him.
