A Conversation with Black Ski Pioneer Bobby Johnson Jr.

News Broadcaster Victoria Gaither talks with Bobby Johnson Jr., seasoned ski instructor and the first Black man to hold the position of ski school director in Vermont. This conversation takes place at Killington Ski Resort. Bobby talks about the industry and why having people of color on the slopes matter. He also created a Facebook group, Follow the Snow, a community for skiers and snowboarders to post about their experiences following the snow.
