Please join us as distinguished historian and professor Andrew Roberts discusses his latest book, George III: The Last King of America, and his 2018 book, Churchill: Walking with Destiny. He will also assess the present state of the US/UK Special Relationship, the outlook for American leadership on the world stage, the future of the British Monarchy, and the prospects for Great Britain in the Brexit era. Andrew Roberts is presently the Roger and Martha Mertz Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, a Visiting Professor at the War Studies Department at King’s College, London, and the Lehrman Institute Lecturer at the New York Historical Society.
