In this episode I had a candidate conversation with Diana Ideus, the Past President of ICF Los Angeles.  She is an ICF Assessor and has her Masters in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior, is a Master Certified Coach, and holds an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching with the International Coaching Federation. Diana leverages her coaching, consulting, management, and leadership development supporting leaders and entrepreneurs in fast growth for-profit companies in tech, finance, and healthcare. She founded Hawthorne Union with the belief that there was a better way to do business by taking care of the people and in turn they will take care of the business.In addition to her work with leaders and companies, Diana teaches professionals how to coach at the university level and in courses approved by the International Coaching Federation.
