A Conversation with Dr. Dennis Woo

Dr. Dennis Woo was born and raised in San Francisco, California and remain an avid San Francisco sports fan. Below is Dr. Woo's wonderful bio in his own words: Even though my parents were not Christians, they insisted that my siblings and I attend our neighborhood church. By the grace of God, I became a believer at the age of thirteen and grew up in the church. Attending college at UC Berkeley during the tumultuous Vietnam war period made me realize how much the world needed Christ. After finishing medical school and residency in Southern California, I joined a pediatric practice in Santa Monica. After 41 fulfilling years of practice, I retired in 2019. I have had numerous opportunities to participate in medical missions overseas and thank God for the chance to share the love of Christ with others. God has blessed me with a wonderful wife, 3 children, and 2 grandchildren.
