He is a Professional Certified Coach with ICF and is a leadership coach and facilitator who has worked with professionals across levels and sectors with the goal of helping people understand themselves better, break through roadblocks and make things happen. He is the Principal of John Weng Consulting LLC, where he provides facilitation, solution design, and coaching services to help workplaces realize their goals. John is a lecturer at the University of San Diego in their Department of Leadership Studies, Department of Counseling and Marital Family Therapy, and Knauss School of Business.
