That season not only strengthened his commitment to ministry but also deepened his appreciation for the local church that had invested in him from a young age. Dustin reflects on his ministry journey through staff roles at two different churches before eventually returning to the church where he grew up, the very church where his father had served as pastor. Today he leads that congregation, carrying forward a legacy of faithful leadership while seeking to shepherd the church into the future.
