She received her M.A. in Theater and B.A. in Film Studies from Oklahoma State University where she studied experimental and classic film and theater ​through a psychoanalytic lens. Elizabeth has produced and directed a number of award-winning short films that focus on female archetypes and explore a variety of vintage aesthetics. She is the Co-Creator and Art Director of Austin Arthouse Film Festival, ​one of the Top 100 Best Reviewed Festivals on Film Freeway, now in its 5th year.
