A Conversation with Erica J Lee - Restorative Justice Practitioner - Organizational Consultant
from The Transformation Network™ · host The Transformation Network™
Welcome to The Spiritual Justice Show, where inner peace meets collective purpose. I'm your host, Eric S. Lee, and each episode we highlight people who are making a meaningful difference in the lives of others—individuals who remind us that when we discover our own purpose, we're naturally called to help others discover theirs. Today's guest is someone I've had the privilege of knowing her entire life...literally. I cried the first time I saw her! Her work as a visionary justice keeper and elder sister highlights the relationship between systems design, the movement of movements, and social impact entrepreneurship. Erica has served as a recovery coach, mindfulness teacher, holistic health educator, restorative justice practitioner, and community organizer. Her work centers institutional accountability and social justice capacity building through strategy development and restorative justice. She has partnered with technical colleges, social justice advocates, and public institutions to help them ‘read the tea leaves’ during seasons of change. Erica helps navigate groups through bottlenecks, allowing dynamics and organizational missions to better thrive. Her work has been informed by essential figures in her life such as her grandmother, family, beloved mentors, and friends. Elements of Erica's lifelong learning journey, such as healing autoimmunity, overcoming mental health challenges and working with her family in restaurants and restorative justice define how she understands the progress possible in one generation.
