Kyle Farran has served in global ministry since 2007, with cross-cultural leadership experience in South Africa, Tanzania, and now Portugal. He and his wife, Heather, have three daughters—one married, one in university, and one still at home.

Kyle currently serves as the Western Europe Regional Director for ABWE, where he leads and equips teams across multiple countries. He is also the author of Overflowing: Ministry and Missions That Flow From the Heart, a book that explores the vital connection between inner life and outward impact in ministry.

A passionate mentor and communicator, Kyle and his wife Heather co-host the podcast Missions Life: Navigating Life, Leadership, and Ministry Abroad, offering practical insight and encouragement for missionaries and ministry leaders. He holds a Master of Ministry in Organizational Leadership and is an ICF-credentialed life and leadership coach, committed to developing resilient, heart-led leaders who thrive in both life and mission.
