 In July 2020, Dr. Alison Green, chair of UWF's Global Hospitality and Tourism Management Department, facilitated a roundtable leadership lesson where the discussion about effective leadership was continued.During this roundtable, the participants that contributed to the discussion were seven leaders within the healthcare industry. Dr. Richard Fountain, Dean of the UWF College of Business, was also present in the discussion.
