King also serves on the Edwards Aquifer Legislative Oversight Committee and the Energy Council.Raymond, D-Laredo, has represented House District 42 since 2001. He serves as chairman of the House Human Services Committee and sits on the Ways & Means and the Health & Human Services Transition Oversight committees.
