A Conversation with Stephany Cochran - Executive Director of the Green Shoe Foundation

from Heal and Restore · host Randy and Cathy Boyd

The Green Shoe foundation is a mental health non-profit organization offering confidential, professional, five-day retreats aimed towards improving and impacting individual lives and communities. Our goal is to help you embrace and heal the past, restore healthy patterns in your life, create space to be your authentic self, and discover joy. Our team is here to provide guidance, inspiration, and tools to help you overcome challenges in your life. Our no-cost, five-day retreat allows an individual to experience transformational change focusing on personal growth, self-actualization, and self-realization. We work with people to raise awareness of how past family roles and family systems reverberate in their current relationships - personal or professional.   Acknowledge your past relational history, start healing, and learn to live fully in the present.  We understand this decision may be a challenge to move towards living in recovery. It is natural to have uncertainty, unanswered questions about our retreat or maybe you're unsure about taking the next step to start the healing process.
