Send a Text Message to The Kosher TerroirThe following is my conversation with Ya'acov Oryah, one of Israel's most creative kosher winemakers. Ya'acov has a remarkable relationship with the desert, starting with his own winery Asif in 2008, located next to the desert city of Arad.
