It's fair to say that for Ray and Rob, the 1990s were the golden age of Disney animation. The run of hits holds a special nostalgic place in both of their hearts. At the top of that mountain sits ALADDIN, the story the young street urchin who with the help of magical genie, wins the heart of the princess Jasmine and defeats the evil Jafar. Over the last decade, Disney has seen fit to once again repackage these classics in live action versions in an attempt to bank on that nostalgia and line their pockets in the process. Because of this phenomenon, Ray and Rob decided to look at the original ALADDIN and it's 2019 counterpart to decide, is this really just a cash grab? Or is there more than meets the eye? Join Ray and Rob as they breakdown both of these Disney films and take a look at the trend overall! Will the original stand supreme?
