A Corner, a Moment, and a Harvey Cup

Send us Fan MailWe all are careful to keep a phone charger handy so if ever our phone runs out of battery, we can quickly power it up. If it were so easy with human beings! Many people are running on "low batteries" today with no charger cord in sight. We hear the need to keep our balance and make time for ourselves, but it's not easy. Just listening to a 5-6 minute podcast takes intention to carve a spot in our day. My friend, Cheri Lovre, created a social and emotional learning program called, "5 Radical Minutes" to help kids in schools. Maybe we need to capitalize on her idea of 5 minutes...to power our own batteries. 5 minutes...it just might work.Thanks for listening.
