A COVENANT PEOPLE - JULY 2ND 2023

A COVENANT PEOPLE – a passion God delights in. Covenant is one of the most central theological themes running through the Bible. There is no denying that covenant is the passionate redemptive theme of God's nature extended towards humanity. Covenant in both the Old Testament and New Testament is centred on the ultimate New Covenant found in Christ and points to the ultimate expression of grace personified in Christ. I love how the covenant helps reveal God’s heart and nature in our lives. Whether it is kingdom or life in general, God reaches out to each of us in ways that we cannot understand. He is gracious. In this message, we learn that we must turn back towards the Lord no matter what happens.  It’s time to repent, forsake our sins and turn from our ways. It is time to seek the Lord and to be renewed in that seeking. "We are a reflection of not what we have been given - but what we do with what has been given". God bless, Louis
