Today we’re talking about the challenge of living in a world whose values seem at odds with God’s values, and why those who cheat and steal seem to thrive, while those who do the right thing don’t. Some might look at the values of the Christian faith and say “they sound good – but they won’t help you get ahead.” So why do we keep trying? Or as some might ask, “what’s in it for us?” That’s what we’re going to explore today in a sermon by the Rev. Dr. Sue Coller.
