A Cry for Help

Tony Gyenis channels spirit's message that we need to practice accepting help from others. If you are a giver and almost refuse help from others because we want to feel self-sufficient. Tony reminds us that it is admirable to be capable to do things on your own. However, there may be some instances that you need a little assistance. This episode touches on another side of getting too much help. There are some people that take this to a higher level where they feel they can't do anything without help. The majority of the time it is the resistance of getting help or receiving anything. Spirit lists a number of signs where things would drastically change in their life where givers stop caring, low self-esteem and so on. This is where people need help but will not ask so we have to observe the subtle signs.
