Hello everyone! :D we're so excited to be back! unfortunately, Melanie has been very busy lately raising kids. *respect* we've decided to keep moving the podcast forward and include her as much as possible in maybe some creative ways. This episode features a new friend met through my brother, some more tips on how to build your lucid dream recognition, and some discourse on the importance of play. We hope you enjoy it and the following segments. We're going to try to produce at least one of these types of episodes a month, and maybe some more trivial uploads. Maybe they can be called the dream journals, and it might be me (skye) describing some of the interesting transformations in my dreams as I continue these practices. Namaste!!
