A Day in the Life of the 4Front SVP of Technology

On this week's episode of Tell me it's Friday, I'm joined by Zach Eychaner, 4Front Credit Union's SVP of Technology!  Zach wears a lot of different hats making his work life far from dull, and that includes his coffee order!  Of course, we're learning about what exactly an SVP of technology does at a credit union, but Zach's also letting us in on some secrets of the trade including how we go about figuring out which new products to bring onboard for our members, what the process is like and how long it takes. PLUS, Zach's getting candid with some things we could do better, but that we're also actively trying to improve on for our members!
