“A Day You’ll Never Forget”
from Sermons from Hickory Grove Hosted by Hickory Grove Holiness Church
In this message from Exodus 17:8–16, “A Day You’ll Never Forget” highlights a powerful moment when God gave Israel victory in the middle of battle. As Moses lifted the rod of God and Aaron and Hur held up his hands, the people were reminded that true victory does not come by human power alone, but by the help and presence of the Lord. Centered on Exodus 17:14, this sermon calls believers to remember the moments when God stepped in, fought for them, and proved Himself faithful. With the name Jehovah Nissi, “The Lord is my Banner,” this message points to God as our defender, our covering, and the one who leads us to victory in every spiritual battle.
