A Debate about Reimagining Workforce Learning in an Era of Disruption

This research examines the necessary shift from organization-centered training to person-centered learning in response to a volatile modern workforce. It identifies five primary drivers of disruption: technological acceleration, demographic aging, climate change displacement, precarious work arrangements, and the rise of remote environments.
