A decline in Texas public school enrollment

On this episode of On The Record with Randy Beamer, we hear from Eastside leader James Nortey, CEO of San Antonio for Growth on the Eastside, about issues affecting that area- including the renovation of the Stock Show & Rodeo grounds, the Freeman Coliseum, and the Spurs Arena. Next, the leader of the local Cesar Chavez Legacy and Education Foundation, Ernest J.
