While looking to branch out into other creative areas, she began to pursue her passion for interiors by going back to school. After receiving a degree in Interior Design, Melissa began working for several interior design firms that focused on both residential and light commercial projects.With her knowledge and experience in these areas she decided to open her own design firm, HAVEN interiors in 2013, which is located in Downtown Tulsa. Melissa is an active member of (ASID) American Society of Interior Designers, and currently sits on the Oklahoma board as communications director.
