Vidusha is the founder and Destiny Architect of High5 Consultancy and it’s training arm Luminary Learning Solutions: both based out of Colombo Sri Lanka. Vidusha headed HR and HRD for the local arm of a Fortune 500 company winning National and International accolades for Development, Compliance and Sustainability initiatives. Vidusha has conducted assignments in 12 countries regionally, and his clientele have included The World Bank, The UN, MAS Holdings, The Hirdaramani Group, Al Rajhi Takaful Saudi Arabia, Mobitel, Wataniya Telecom Maldives (currently Ooredoo Telecom) Allied Insurance Maldives, John Keells Holdings, Hayleys Holdings, Gamma Pizzacraft, HSBC, Deutsch Bank, top corporates and INGOs. Vidusha’s pioneering Leadership Development work has been featured on TedX Colombo. Vidusha is also the author of 25 books on management related topics - which he makes available for free as a way of honoring of his father who insists that ‘knowledge must be given free.’ Vidusha is also the Founder Director of Chrysalis - a Social Enterprise and a CARE Affiliate. Vidusha holds a Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Lincoln UK, a MA in Leading Innovation and Change from the University of York St. John and a MBA from the University of Wales St. Trinity. Vidusha is married to Rowena - his wife of nearly 20 years, and lives with his daughter of 18 and son of 11 in the cool hills 14km of Kandy, hoping to offer his kids a glimpse of the childhood he had - a little away from the hubbub of any city, and the ‘rat race’ that we have all gotten a little too used to...
