The Diversity Statement represents a clinical, administrative, and executive team that’s dedicated to working together to build a better culture in the field of ABA as they continue to provide quality care to kiddos on the spectrum and their families.  Sierra is an ABA therapy center assistant and RBT based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.  Kelly is a Behavior Analyst based in Temecula, California.
