A Discussion On How to Embrace Your "Fatal" Flaws + A Deep Hip Flexor Stretching Routine This segment is my tribute to the beautiful imperfection that each of us embody! It's hard to embrace ourselves when so much of the language that we use on a day-to-day basis involves hiding in plain sight. This video is my tribute to embracing self, all aspects of self - the good, the bad and the ugly. We are all works in progress, seeking self-mastery, looking to grow, develop and to be the best versions of ourselves. To that effect, I'd like to share with you three of my fatal flaws, and the way these flaws have actually benefitted me in my life, despite how society might look down on them. I've used a model from which to frame my flaws, where I outline the flaw, then discuss the benefits and the costs. From there, you can decide if this is a flaw you'll embrace as is, if you'll build a development plan around how you monitor and manage that flaw, or if you'll put in the work to remove that trait from your arsenal. The choice is yours, but always remember, to choose from a place of love!
