Gear Fisher, Co-Founder of OnForm: Video Analysis App, joins the show's Host, (me) Run Coach Alli, to talk about what OnForm offers to coaches and runners in the running community!Gear talks about his passion for performance in a sport and his appreciation for high performance. He talks about any runner's potential by improving movement patterns as an athlete. OnForm is a Video Analysis App that provides the capability for coaches to enhance their athletes' performance through visualization and video.Gear expresses his passion for sports performance, given his background in his work. Twenty years ago, he founded TrainingPeaks, which he initially created as a coach-first platform; making good purpose out of your exercise and tuning your fitness—he worked with Ironman and Boston Marathon winners to fine-tune the platform. After leaving TrainingPeaks, he went to co-found OnForm, Inc. with an old business friend, Krishna Ramachandran.
