A Dog-Eat-Dog World Shouldn’t Be a Sheep-Eat-Sheep Church

Church hurt is real. When people we love and trust let us down, the pain can be deep. But what happens when that hurt causes us to isolate from the body of Christ? In this episode, Terry looks at 2 Timothy 4 and the experiences of Paul, John Mark, and others who experienced disappointment, betrayal, and rejection. Through these stories, we’re reminded that while church hurt is real, isolation can leave us vulnerable to defeat. We need each other. The church needs the gifts, testimony, and presence God has given each of us. If you’ve experienced church hurt, this episode is an encouragement to bring that hurt to Jesus, pursue forgiveness, and allow Him to lead you forward. #ChurchHurt #Christianity #Church #Forgiveness #TruthForToday
