A Donegal TD has accused RTÉ of a conflict of interest over Ivan Yates coaching Fianna Fáil ministers while on air.

A Donegal TD has expressed his surprise and outrage with the airtime afforded to Ivan Yates at RTE while he was coaching senior Fianna Fáil Politicians.It's emerged that Just days before last November's general election was called, Ivan Yates was on RTÉ dismissing Sinn Féin's chances.During the time the former Fine Gel Minister was Yates working for Fianna Fáil coaching cabinet minister Norma Foley ahead of the election campaign.He also provided training to the likes of Taoiseach Michael Martin and Ministers Darragh O'Brien and James Browne.Donegal Sinn Fein TD Pádraig Mac Lochlainn says there was a conflict of interest at play
