A Dose of Perspective - Monday Morning Mastery 31

Hi everyone... Welcome to Monday Morning Mastery powered by The NEXT Academy - Building Construction Leaders for What Comes NEXT. As always I hope this finds you ready to attack the week ahead. Listen...I understand it’s hard for you right now. It’s certainly “different” for us all, but it’s very important to apply some #perspective to your current circumstances. Hopefully this episode of #MondayMorningMastery can ease your burden and allow you to begin to focus on how you can help others through this trying time.  Lets work hard this week to avoid that negative tone that’s so loud, so prevalent in much of our culture right now. I can’t tell you how many times a day I hear people say “This is the worst time of my life”…If that happens to be you listening right now...It’s important to ask yourself “Compared to What?” Frankly, in this country on your worst day, you’re still better off than the majority of the world. That’s simply fact. So let’s be a bit more realistic. I challenge you today to go be a blessing. As one of my mentors Dr. Kevin Elko always says “Do not look for blessings to come into your life, go be a blessing in someone else’s life” Go out there and make a difference in someone else’s life today.
