A Dose of Truth This Wednesday

In the 3rd episode of the Daily Motivation series, I touch on the topic that I can’t get enough of since late 2023: You are not for everyone. I first explored this as discerning the type of people in your life — think like a relationship audit. I found my Instagram community was feeling the same growing pains that come with moving into a new chapter but not being able to take everyone with you for one reason or another. Yes, there are some caveats with this statement but the idea is still simple: you are not for everyone and that’s okay. Experience people with no expectations about who they should be and how you should perform to match their energy. You are not them and they are not you. This is a public episode.
