She feels lucky to have been able to coach herself through her own miscarriage. Many women feel they are naturally receiving a blessing, tell family and friends, and then to turn around and have to experience loss and have to talk about it is an unexpected trauma.  These ladies make clear how important It is to not make this topic taboo and he discussions with your spouse and other women alike are key for healing. Do not experience something like pregnancy loss alone, getting back to normal for everyone is different.
