A Father to Follow // Father's Day 2023

Choosing a good path is essential, and we all need a father to follow. A genuine, loving, and faithful father who sets an example, leads, guides, and teaches us how to navigate life. Others are watching and following us, including our wife, children, and friends. Our influence matters. Leading well is crucial, the family cries out for a father to follow, one who chooses a good path and leads well. Joseph, often overlooked, was chosen by God to be the earthly father of Jesus. Despite public disgrace and ridicule, Joseph embraced his role, sacrificing everything to protect and raise Jesus as his own. God knows the faithful and selects them for significant tasks. Joseph's example teaches us that God chooses faithful men to be fathers, and through their dedication, they leave an indelible mark on their families.We all need a father to follow—a father who embodies love, faithfulness, leadership, and guidance. Choosing a good path, leading well, trusting that God knows the faithful, and understanding that God chooses fathers are crucial aspects of fulfilling this role.
