A Father Who Runs

Maybe it’s his steady strength, his listening ear, or his generosity. Maybe it’s his dependability to show up when it matters most. In one of Jesus’ most famous parables, we meet a father who does something entirely unexpected: he gives away his inheritance early and then runs to embrace the son who wasted it all.
