A home care agency in Cincinnati looked legitimate on paper — steady Medicare and Medicaid payments, and a growing staff. Behind the scenes, the owner, Sharon Romain Ward, was stacking false claims, billing while patients were in the hospital, and hiding a prior felony that should have barred her from running a healthcare business.  More than 92,000 claims moved through the system, and Sharon bilked the system of more than $8 million dollars.We're introducing our “greed scale” to gauge the level of "greediness" this Greedy Mofo deserves.
