A few thoughts on not letting other people control our lives

It is incredibly disempowering to let other people’s actions define and dictate our response. It’s also very natural and easy to slip into!Power comes from making our choices based on our own ideals and values, and then acting accordingly. It’s not easy but it’s worth the struggle.
