Today we welcome Dr. Patterson, Associate Professor of Education at Penn State University! We address the very real issue of social equity and its impact on marginalized people. The fight for equity is ongoing and can oftentimes seem pointless. In this episode we tackle the hard questions and facilitate a needed conversation around this issue.
