And so the season ends, with Albion spluttering to a halt, following a momentous season in which we travelled Europe to watch the boys in the stripes. This match, which Albion easily deserved to win, marked the final game in charge for legendary head coach Roberto de Zerbi, who dared us to dream! Also departing was vastly experienced midfielder Adam Lallana, who spent the past four years with the club and provided moments of class and a wealth of valuable experience to the squad during his time. They will be missed, especially Roberto as was evident from the emotional response. Roberto, you will always have a place in our hearts and in our minds for the treasured memories you gave us.
