O Programa de Aceleração do Empreendedorismo Regional do MIT (MIT REAP) oferece oportunidades para que as comunidades de todo o mundo se envolvam com o MIT em uma abordagem prática e baseada em evidências para fortalecer os ecossistemas empresariais orientados para a inovação (IDE).  Um dos projetos desenvolvidos foi o Rio Energy Bay, que reúne diversos segmentos da sociedade para transformar a região do Rio de Janeiro no primeiro ecossistema de inovação de classe mundial do Brasil no segmento de energia e sustentabilidade.  No Energy Center desta semana, Hudson Mendonça, VP de Energia e Sustentabilidade da MIT Technology Review Brasil, e o jornalista Thomaz Gomes apresentam o MIT REAP, falam sobre as fases do programa, o perfil das regiões participantes e o Energy Summit, evento que vai acontecer este ano no Rio de Janeiro.
