A Fresh Start

from Unstoppable Joy · host Kathryn McAdam

Hello and welcome to the Unstoppable Joy Podcast. I’m your host Katherine Curry, and I was just wondering, do you need a fresh start? Whatever spring rolls around, I just go crazy for stuff that’s lemon. I just love lemon things and the idea of something fresh in my home a new candle a new pillow. My kids think I’m crazy about my pillows, but yeah, I just, I need something new and fresh and it motivates me to clean and tidy up and be organized and move out the old and make room for the new. So that’s what we’re gonna talk about today on this week’s episode of the Unstoppable Joy Podcast. So pull the chair, grab your favorite beverage, and let’s get started. You know, the idea of a fresh start is as old as the hills this week. Winter and spring have been in a big fight. They’ve been duking it out and so far winter seems to be winning. Right now. We got like 12 inches of snow over this weekend and I am so ready to see something green and growing. Thankfully, uh, it looks like we’ll be getting some rain and things will be melting here, but every season has a time and a purpose, and sometimes we need that good transition that time where we let go of the old and we embrace the new.
