ALIGNMENT is about the art of consciously choosing to harmonise body, mind and soul to be in harmony within and to focus on what it is your heart truly desires to experience. The art of alignment is to focus on what you desire and not on what you do not desire due to giving your power over to reactivity through fear, blame, shame, distrust, trauma response, unhealed woundedness, anxieties, depression, apathy and so forth.It is not for the faint-hearted. It is a deeper calling from the SOUL to align more deeply within to allow oneself to receive guidance through creative thoughts and ideas and then to trust that guidance by taking the inspired and aligned actions.
