A Gift From Heaven

On the day of Pentecost the risen Christ keeps His word: the Spirit comes from heaven with wind and fire, filling waiting disciples so they they may declare the mighty works of God in the languages of the nations gathered in Jerusalem. What Sinai once wrote on stone God now writes on hearts of flesh; what Babel scattered, God now commandeers for praise; Come hear how the Passover blood, Sinai's thunder, and Pentecost fire all run through the redemptive theme fulfilled in the death, resurrection, and exaltation of Jesus— Here the Church is empowered for her mission to present Jesus to a lost and dying world. Come and join us as we learn together.
