Plus, The plaintiff says she allowed her nephew, the defendant, to borrow her car. However, the plaintiff says the defendant got the car impounded for driving on a suspended license. The defendant argues that when he was pulled over, the plaintiff’s car registration was expired and that’s why it got impounded.
