'A Good Friend' & 'Broken Lease, Broken Friendship' & 'Car Registration Chaos'

First,The plaintiff says she gave her former friend, the defendant, money to buy a car. However, the plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to pay back the loan, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues that there wasn’t a set deadline, and she has already made a partial payment. Then, The plaintiff claims his former friend and roommate broke their lease and moved out early. The plaintiff says he was held responsible for the defendant’s unpaid rent and damages, so he’s suing. The defendant admits he moved out of their home, but he insists he notified the plaintiff and the rental company with plenty of notice. Plus, The plaintiff says she allowed her nephew, the defendant, to borrow her car. However, the plaintiff says the defendant got the car impounded for driving on a suspended license. The defendant argues that when he was pulled over, the plaintiff’s car registration was expired and that’s why it got impounded.
