A good week

Alex talks about how he has had a good week. Particularly, the ability to choose whether to be happy or not. Alex tells a story about a stranger, and how that little interaction forced him to get out of his own way. This reminded him about all the little things to be happy about. Also, feelings are currently confused within his friendships. Alex is vague like always. So, bare with him as he tries to explain the situation without giving away any real information.
