A Great Sorrow - John 11:1-35 (Communion Preparation)

In our communion season we consider the words of Jesus, "I am the resurrection and the life". These words are not academic - Jesus spoke them to a grieving believer at her brothers' graveside. Here we see that Jesus enters into our greatest sorrow, even death, and yet gives us the promise of life in him.
